Booking.com has drawn on an in-depth, multi-market piece of consumer research to develop its ‘Sustainable Travel Badge’ for selected properties.

Holidays used to be a time to forget about your daily cares. The problem is that the issue of sustainability is one that follows you everywhere, even to your beachside holiday apartment with continental breakfast and panoramic view.

The holiday accommodation platform Booking.com is aware of rising consumer concern generally about sustainability and, as well as looking to make itself as a business more sustainable, it is seeking ways to help customers plan and enjoy more sustainable travel.
