Objective
In 2021, Heineken successfully bounced back in terms of brand power & brand image with the massive Sleek Changeover, hitting the desirable results: +19 pts for "Different", +28% for "Brings refreshment" and +16% for "Young brand".
In 2022, Heineken globally launched its new brand essence of "REFRESH YOUR WORLD" with the goal of becoming more relevant, appealing and being the FIRST BEER OF CHOICE for Gen Z drinkers. Heineken Credentials campaign was its first step in setting the tone for that long-term journey.
