A campaign that starred animated characters called the Scrubbing Bubbles established a brand identity for Dow Bathroom Cleaner with Scrubbing Bubbles and visually reinforced the message that the product could help consumers clean household surfaces without scouring. Each Scrubbing Bubble looked like a scrub brush topped by a large white bubble with eager-looking eyes and a happy smile.
