The e-commerce industry is widely considered to have seen ten years of growth in a matter of weeks during 2020, as retailers large and small pivoted to online shopping as COVID-19 upended prior shopping habits.

Many of the firms that enabled this digita that 1.7 million merchants, as well as 10,000 large retailers, were using its platform to power online sales by the end of last year.
