Mobile is slated to deliver between 40–45% of all US e-commerce purchases by 2024, according to analysis from market research firm Mintel.
By contrast, just 7% of e-commerce purchases by 2025 will come from social commerce. These findings were published in Mintel’s “Mobile Retailing – US 2023 and US Social Commerce 2023 reports.”
