At the CEO conference held in Mumbai in March 2019, organised by the ISA (Indian Society of Advertisers) and the exchange4media group, Harsh Mariwala, chairman of consumer goods company Marico, spoke about the need to create a distinct organisational culture that adds value to all stakeholders and helps attract talent.

Mariwala is an Indian entrepreneur and founder and chairman of Marico, a Fortune India 500 company. Mariwala founded Marico in 1990 as a family-run business trading in spices and edible oils, and gradually transformed it into a fast-moving consumer goods giant.
