Consumers are demanding that business be more sustainable and ethical, and it’s time for companies to step up to the place, according to ex-Unilever CEO, Paul Polman.

Former Unilever Chief Executive Officer, Paul Polman, exhorted the marketing community to bring trust back into the industry and to ensure that the business is keeping social responsibility at heart.

Polman is the chairman of the International Chamber of Commerce and vice-chairman of UN Global Compact. He was the CEO of Unilever till December 2018, where his personal mission was ‘to galvanise the company to be an effective force for good’.
