Eternia’s digital evolution is a template for India’s businesses

One of the companies in India’s Aditya Birla Group – a 100-year-old conglomerate – is Eternia, a B2C player dealing in window and door systems, and its executives share how they use digital in this niche market to grow its customer base.

Hindalco is a metal manufacturing company, part of the Aditya Birla Group business conglomerate founded over 100 years ago in India. While a metal business typically operates in the B2B space, it launched its B2C operations – Eternia – with the help of digital technology.
