Autumn sunshine greeted a registered attendance of more than 1000 delegates from 73 countries (a record) to ESOMAR's Congress in London.

Following welcoming speeches from London's deputy Mayor (unfortunately not the Man – Ken Livingstone – himself), consultant and author Charles Leadbeater's opening keynote centred around how innovation (a key focus of the conference) is changing its nature.
