Coty's "glocal" approach to marketing analytics

Coty, the beauty company, has adopted a "glocal" approach to analytics in order to deliver locally-relevant insights while still setting core standards globally.

Kristina Kaganer was named as Director/Global Data Strategy at Coty, the beauty company, in January 2016.

And, she admitted, "When I went into this role, I wasn't really sure what it meant."

In fact, she told delegates at the 2017 Attribution Accelerator, an event convened by GreenBook and Sequent Partners, "I'm probably not 100% sure what it means today."
