Bain & Company identifies five key steps for launching products, features, and campaigns

Bain & Company, the consultancy, has identified the primary drivers of success for brands that are launching new products, features, campaigns, and so on.

When Bain & Company, the Boston-based consultancy, surveyed 650 senior US marketing executives, it identified various strategies that can inform the successful launch of new products, features, and campaigns.

The organization’s findings included the following:

  • “Even though launches are a big part of what marketing is doing, nobody was really talking about them,” Laura Beaudin, partner/global head of marketing excellence at Bain, explained at Advertising Week New York (AWNY) 2019.
