Thanks to their widespread presence in the European market, excellent technical capabilities, powerful brand and experience in, for example, deal governance and R&D investment, they maintain a leading position. But nowadays they are facing strong competition from competitors. With this mail pack they targeted the CIO (Chief Information Officer), the highest person responsible for IT. When it comes to outsourcing, he is our man.


Business Objectives

  • Generate 5% response (based on average response of 3–5%) by contacting 300 CIO's by direct mail and 200 CIO's by IBM sales (mailing used as sales kit). Leading to 25 attendees for three CIO roundtable events: 1 in Belgium, 1 in Luxembourg, 1 in The Netherlands.
