INTRODUCTION

People often argue whether the key to good cooking is the quality of the ingredients or the ability of the chef. The quality of kitchen appliances is rarely, if ever, cited as an influencing factor within the cooking process. This paper aims to demonstrate how Planning helped position Electrolux kitchen appliances as a key ingredient within the cooking process. Thus producing distinctive and compelling creative work.
