Verizon Wireless sells mobile devices and plans connected to its network and is working toward moving in-store sales to digital. Research revealed why prospects and customers prefer not to purchase plans and devices via digital channels (want to see/touch product, better customer service in store, faster in person, etc.), so we set out to overcome these problems. Our key objective was to decrease exit rate, increase clarity by engagement and, thus, increase conversion on VZW.com.
