Houlihan's operates polished casual dining restaurants throughout the US, offering healthy scratch cooking and craft cocktails in an upscale bar and grill setting. Based upon guest segmentation, this campaign was targeted to current customers that have transactions in the bar area of the restaurant, but who were not part of the e-club ("anonymous"). The objective was to drive visits from these bar guests to be tracked by individual purchases made following the campaign.
