Judie Lannon:Can I take you back to last summer? What do you think the Lottery Commission was thinking when they ruled you out of the first submission?

Dianne Thompson: I'm not quite sure. I do believe that they thought they were trying to be fair. When we won the judicial review I needed them to say that they had been both unlawful and unfair because that is what the High Court ruled. This was important because if they believed they had been fair, they would behave the same way...
