DYLON has a long and colourful history in fabric dyes and fabric care. Launched in 1946, the brand thrived in 'make-do & mend' postwar Britain, successfully establishing world-wide distribution in over 70 countries and launching a broad range of fabric care products.
Today it's a different story. Few people are familiar with the brand. Changes in consumer behaviour and lack of investment in the brand led DYLON into a period of decline. Sales decreased and key retailers had stated their intent to de-list key DYLON products.
