The past year was filled with stories about the decline in the print circulations of major newspapers. A recent report from Editor & Publisher found that of the Top 25 newspapers in the United States, only three reported print circulation increases during the six-month period that ended in September 2006. The rest suffered declines of at least 1 percent.
