What were the objectives for the creative work?

The primary objective was to improve perceptions of the Air Force among high school students and increase consideration of pursuing a career within the branch. Specifically, we wanted to see a statistically significant lift in perception among those who participated in The Collaboratory (versus a control group that didn't participate) in these four key areas:

  • "The Air Force is among the most technologically significant organizations."
  • "The Air Force is a leader in science, technology, engineering and math."
  • "People like me find successful careers in the Air Force."...
