Objective

A quick service restaurant that sells freshly prepared food, Burger King has a strong presence in Indonesia across 24 cities through 175+ outlets. The COVID-19 pandemic impacted Burger King Indonesia in various contexts such as market, business, brand and culture. In October 2020, the Indonesia Hotel and Restaurants Association (PHRI) predicted that up to 30 percent of restaurants would close down as a result of phase II of the large-scale social restrictions in Jakarta.
