BioBidet, the personal hygiene brand, positioned itself as one of the top bidet providers in the US.

We contacted BioBidet about PR representation during the COVID-19 lockdown and the subsequent toilet papershortage. This should have been the perfect moment for BioBidet, but they shared that the initial enthusiasm for bidets was waning while their competition was winningthe PR battle.
