Babyshop, the baby and child retail chain of the Landmark Group, was facing the same problem from COVID restrictions in Q2 2020 as other retailers: the absence of footfall. The solution? E- and m-commerce. Luckily it already had its site and an m-commerce app, which it had been promoting on Google and Facebook for a while.
