An-Nahar Newspaper: The new national anthem edition

Annahar Newspaper, a newspaper, launched a campaign in Lebanon to create a significant national change for women, strengthen relevancy, boost sales and garner high engagement levels.

Objectives

  1. Advocacy: Our first and foremost objective was to create a significant national change for women. One measurable way to do so was by increasing women's political representation and leadership. Another was to encourage more women to join the revolution, and adopt the new revised national anthem which advocated equal representation.
  2. Awareness: An-Nahar was losing relevance and needed to capture the attention of a wide audience with a campaign generating massive country-wide reach.
  3. Purchase: An-Nahar's circulation had been steadily declining since the beginning of the 2000s, they needed to boost sales and strengthen the relevancy of the newspaper.
