Many young people don't know about creative jobs. Because no one they know does them.

Socio-economic status, a lack of diverse role models, poor careers advice and even things as simple as not understanding job titles are factors in holding them back. Because of this, young creative people don't know what's possible and that is causing significant stress and trapping creative talent in dead ends.
