Great Telephone Calls

I have a great admiration for salesmen (and women) who can think and talk at the same time, without just reading from a prompt script. I am hopeless on the phone, except for having learned over the years to tell doubleglazing salesmen that everything in our house that could conceivably be doubleglazed has been, apart from the garden.
