On 16 March 2020, Malaysia went into a full lockdown and its economy was in shambles, with Malaysia's SMEs being hit the hardest. With the SMEs' cash reserves quickly running out and hope at its lowest, RHB stepped up and delivered hope via Project Open, an end-to-end online initiative designed to keep Malaysian businesses supported during and after the lockdown. Already a winner of two marketing excellence awards, Project Open isn't just a good case study... it's real work that delivered real results when it mattered most.
