Mobile is transforming the shopper journey, and throwing up new opportunities for brands to engage consumers. The overriding theme of the Association of National Advertisers (ANA) Mobile Marketing Conference was that brands should be spending more time looking at the roles mobile plays along the path-to-purchase, and developing strategies.
