Only one-third of all companies have a clear, documented and fully implemented approach to diversity and inclusion, according to research from WARC’s Marketer’s Toolkit 2021.
Why it matters
Protests against systemic racism in 2020 pushed brands and agencies to analyse their own performance in terms of diversity. However, progress has so far been limited.
