Over half of Vietnamese marketing professionals are using QR codes in their marketing in 2021, finds a new report from WARC and the Mobile Marketing Association (MMA).

Mobile was one of the most resilient channels during the pandemic and growing use of social media, combined with increased e-commerce, has driven innovations in m-commerce. Furthermore, ‘touchless tech,’ like QR codes or voice, has become more relevant during the pandemic and is expected to be seen more in the future, bringing new opportunities for marketers.
