The recovery in marketing budgets has slowed in recent months, according to the latest figures from WARC Data's Global Marketing Index (GMI).
Why it matters
The coronavirus pandemic caused significant disruption to marketing budgets and while a surge in growth has been seen recently, this has slowed for most media. The report also finds that a slowing recovery is visible in all major regions analysed, including in the Americas, Asia Pacific and Europe.
