Marketers’ investment in gaming has increased significantly since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic, with 86% of senior APAC marketers now having “some or high interest” in investing in gaming, according to research.
Why it matters
Marketers’ view of gaming has shifted in the past two years, boosting investment in the industry as non-endemic brands see they don’t need to be a gaming or tech brand to invest in gaming and find unique ways to market themselves within games.
