Brands must aim for a spot in the Top 10 search rankings for high-traffic category search terms, and should optimise their search scores by starting with best-in-class content for bestseller or hero SKUs.
In Edge by Ascential’s Share of Search Report on “Most popular Cosmetics search terms”, Maybelline had the greatest average share of voice of the Top 10 on Shopee over one month (March 9 to April 8, 2021). However, when looking at the Top 3, it was beaten by Aprilskin, Sulwhasoo and Perfect Diary.
