Alphabet ad revenue sees quickest growth in over a decade, tops $200bn
Alphabet's advertising revenue has grown by the quickest rate in more than a decade and topped $200bn in 2021, according to the latest company data.
Why it matters
Alphabet is the largest media owner in the world and had a record 2021, driven by retail advertisers with finance, media, entertainment and travel also being important contributors.
