Starting in 2020, the in-house program “Brand Building the Nestlé Way” put the global brand on a pathway to better digital creative. Adhering to the best practices developed through the program, with special emphasis on Meta and YouTube, has resulted in creative that both resonates better with consumers, and reduces the company’s Cost Per Completed View (CPCV).
