Advertisers in the United Kingdom are looking at creating a global cross-media measurement solution that will first be tested in local markets.
The solution will use Origin – backed by the Incorporated Society of British Advertisers (ISBA) – and the cross-media measurement framework Halo, which has been developed by the World Federation of Advertisers.
