In February 2018, the 4A’s (American Association of Advertising Agencies) unveiled a new program that seeks to boost diversity and inclusion within the marketing-communications sector.
The new “Enlightened Workplace Certification” is based on the principle that agencies are as vulnerable to the problems of prejudice and bias as enterprises in any other industry.
