Snapchat approaches 300m daily active users worldwide

An overview of Snapchat daily active users in Q2 2021.

Snapchat has added 13m daily users and is approaching 300m in total, according to the latest company reports.

Q2 2021 saw quarter-on-quarter growth in daily users of 4.6%, taking the total level to 293m. This means Snapchat has added 55 million users since the coronavirus pandemic first made an impact in the second quarter of 2020.

All three regions saw user growth in Q2 2021, though the quickest growth was outside of North America and Europe. Daily users in the 'Rest of World' segment rose by nine million in Q2, taking the total to 120m. North America rose...
