Amazon, Google and Netflix are the most-loved brands in the United States, according to the latest data from Morning Consult. After questioning over 400,000 US adults and considering brand favourability, trust, community impact and net promoter score, Amazon was top with an index score of 261.9 (out of 400). Google and Netflix were close behind, at 261.1 and 259.4 respectively.

These three tech companies placed top in both the millennial and Gen X groups, although YouTube replaces Amazon for 18-21 year olds (Gen Z). Baby Boomers have a clear preferencetowards traditional brands, with UPS, Home Depot and USPS...
