Globally, online mobile consumption continues to close the gap on PC/laptop/tablet, after rising nine minutes this year. According to the latest data from GlobalWebIndex, mobile now makes up 48.2% of total online consumption, up from the 23.1% registered in 2012. PC/laptop/tablet, on the other hand, has continually declined since 2013, falling 58 minutes to reach 3:28 in H1 2018.
