The average American millennial (18-34) spent 54 minutes per day social networking in 2016. This represents an increase of 20 minutes from 2014, when social networking consumption stood at 00:34.
Of the three devices monitored for social networking (measured on a user basis), the smartphone accounted for the most time on 00:51 in 2016. The PC was next on 00:26, closely followed by tablets on 00:21.
