Asia Pacific will overtake North America as the largest OTT market by 2021, according to PwC's latest Global Entertainment & Media Outlook: 2019-2023 report. Excluding AVOD, OTT video revenue in Asia Pacific is forecast to equal $22.41bn by 2021, marginally higher than North America's $22.37bn. APAC will only extend this lead afterwards.
