One in two (48%) consumers say they expect to do at least three-quarters of their festive shopping online, with 16% saying they plan to do all of it online, according to research from mobile app company Airship.
This is most common for Gen Z consumers, as 18% say they expect to do all their festive shopping online this year while just 3% say they expect to do it all in-store.
