This article analyses the global winners of the 2015 Warc 100 rankings, for brands and advertisers.
  • Coca-Cola retained its position as the world’s top brand on the Warc 100 rankings this year, extending its lead over the second-placed brand from 40 points in 2014 to almost 200 points.
  • The biggest riser in the global brand rankings in 2015 was German automaker Mercedes-Benz, finishing third this year, up from 16th in 2014.
  • Automotive was the top product category on the global brand rankings; second was toiletries and cosmetics.
  • Unilever retained its position as top advertiser (brand owner) on the global rankings, with its annual points total also rising....
