Singapore, Hong Kong and India leading on programmatic in APAC

An overview of programmatic adoption in Asia Pacific and the frequency of use of different programmatic marketplaces.

Across the nine markets in Asia Pacific, programmatic marketers believe Singapore and Hong Kong have the highest adoption of programmatic advertising. Nine-tenths of marketers said these two markets have 'high' or 'medium' levels of programmatic adoption, followed by India (82%).

This is according to a survey by online advertising technology company Rubicon Project and Campaign Asia of programmatic marketers between October and December and then again in April.

However, Taiwan, Vietnam and the Philippines lag behind – at least one-third of marketers believe these markets have 'low' adoption of programmatic. This may be due to...
