Schindler: Elevate Mission

Schindler, an elevator and escalator brand, showed how important the role of the technician is within its company by launching an interactive video in Spain and Portugal that made staff overcome challenges playing the role of the technician.

Starting Point

This year's thematic action, well-received by employees, presented imSchindler Iberia is one of the leading players in the elevators, escalators, moving walkways and urban mobility sector. With approximately 2,800 employees in Iberia (Spain, Portugal and Andorra), products and solutions designed by the company help keep the urban world moving.

This could not be done without its most precious resource: Schindler's employees. And, among these employees, it could not be done without its technicians.

Each year, Schindler organizes a thematic communication initiative to convey key messages to these employees and to help foster engagement.
