Initial situation
Doctors Without Borders approached Norwegian ice cream brand Hennig-Olsen Is in 2019 for a sponsorship. Doctors Without Borders (MSF) is an independent, global movement providing medical aid where it's needed the most.
Hennig-Olsen Is employs some 250 employees with up to 30 different nationalities, many whom have fled from conflict areas like Syria and Vietnam. Hennig-Olsen Is wanted to pursue the sponsorship with a unique aim: Their 230 employees were to be personally involved in the sponsorship by pushing their own limits; the more «challenges» they completed, the more money MSF would get!
