In 2010, Deloitte developed and launched Business Chemistry; a self-assessment tool designed to help people be more productive in their individual and team relationships by understanding differences in working styles. Built on a sophisticated algorithm, similar to those used by geneticists to identify complex correlations, the Business Chemistry system reveals four distinct individual behavioral patterns: Pioneers who seek possibilities, Drivers who seek challenges, Guardians who seek stability, and Integrators who seek connection.
