- Dive in Festival was originally launched in London in 2015 by a group of firms in the Lloyds Marketing acting through D & I strategy steering group, Inclusion (©Lloyd's.
- The festival began as a global movement in the insurance sector to support the development of inclusive workplace cultures and promotion of positive action for diversity in all its forms.
- In 2020, the festival took place in over 35 countries hosting 144 events around the world, Nigeria inclusive.
