During a period when large outbound Chinese acquisitions were rare and companies in China were finding it increasingly difficult to pull off major, private sector-led acquisitions, we played a vital role in ensuring ANTA Sports (ANTA) secured Asia's largest 2018/2019 M&A.
The M&A was part of ANTA's internationalization strategy, and we provided communications and marketing support for Mascot Bidco, an international investor consortium led by ANTA, as the consortium made a Public Tender Offer (PTO) for the Finnish sporting goods company Amer Sports.
