One in a hundred TAG-certified impressions still fraudulent

An overview of advertising fraud by channel and format in the United States.

Impressions that flowed through TAG Certified Channels had an invalid traffic rate 90% lower than the industry average, according to data from the Trustworthy Accountability Group (TAG) and The 614 Group.

The United States analysis found that the invalid traffic rate in TAG Certified Channels, in which a campaign runs through multiple companies that have achieved the TAG anti-fraud certificate, was at 1.05%. This was well below an industry average of 10.83%, however.
